What does this warranty cover?
Motor--
Limited Lifetime Warranty,If your ceiling fan motor fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship,as determined solely by HiSummer,HiSummer will provide you with a replacement fan free of charge.NOTE:The above limited warranty applies only to the motor itself and does not apply to electronic controls used with the motor,such as remote control transmitters,remote control receivers or capacitors.
Light Kit--
The light kit is covered by a one-year limited warranty.
If your LED light kit fails due to a defect in material or workmanship at any time within one year from the date of purchase,as determined solely by HiSummer,HiSummer will provide a replace-ment free of charge.
Other--
One Year Limited Warranty,Unless otherwise stated in this warranty,if any part of your HiSummer ceiling fan fails due to a defect in material or workmanship at any time within one year from the date of purchase,as determined solely by HiSummer,HiSummer will provide it free of charge.
What is not covered by this warranty?
This warranty does not cover any costs or expenses(including electrician fees)associated with labor required to install,remove or replace the fan or any fan component.
Remote control batteries are not warranted；fans owned by someone other than the original purchaser;fans for which proof of purchase has not been established;fans purchased from unauthorized dealers;ordinary wear and tear;minor Cosmetic defects;refurbished fans;fans damaged by any of the following:improper installation,misuse,abuse,improper maintenance,failure to follow HiSummer instructions,accidental damage by fan owner or related parties,fan modification,improper maintenance or incorrect or repaired,inappropriate voltage supply or surge,use of inappropriate parts or accessories,failure to provide fan maintenance or force majeure(e.g.flooding).
THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR CLAIMS OF ANY KIND RELATING TO THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN.HiSummer shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from product failure,whether due to breach of warranty,breach of contract or otherwise.
Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose applicable to this product are limited to the extent of the applicable limited warranty above.
